I cannot recommend Steven enough. He is a true craftsman and made such a beautiful job of refurbishing our banisters and repairing our stairs. He is efficient, tidy and punctual. He was also very good at keeping in touch and checking anything that came up during the course of the job to make sure we were happy with what he was doing. He made special efforts to make sure our stairs were as safe as possible during the work, as we have a young toddler in the house and was very friendly company.
